Lighthouse Illustrations
Illustrations based on three famous and historic American Lighthouses.
These lighthouse illustrations were done for a series of travel guides. I focused on lighthouses because ever since I was young, I have been surrounded by lighthouse imagery in many of my family member’s homes and the ideas and lore surrounding them will be ingrained in my mind forever. Lighthouses represent salvation for those trapped at sea and hope for all who catch a glimpse of their beam. In these vector illustrations, I sought to capture the wonder and magnificence of three famous and historic American lighthouses through color and simple shapes.
